I thought it might be fun to post about what decks I use and my thoughts about them.
Ophidia Rosa Tarot by Nicole Rallis of Leila + Olive
This deck was my first full deck (both major and minor arcana) and it's still the one I use the most to date. The cards are golden edged, thick, and the illustrations are breathtakingly gorgeous. This deck just feels right in my hands. Absolutely worth the price. Also just in general I vibe with this deck really well. I have my own take on the cards and the imagery aids me in my interpretations. You can buy this deck online. They also have a matching Oracle deck that I'll get my hands on someday. |

The Mythic Tarot by Juliet Sharman-Burke and Liz Greene, illustrated by Tricia Newell.
This deck was passed on to me by a friend long ago. Sometimes physical objects last longer than our connections with people. It depicts Greek Heroes and Gods and I use it often for personal past life readings and communications with my Hellenic deities. The deck has a firey, strong energy and I really enjoy it! I also love the art and made sure to include Hades as the Death card here because it's probably one of my favorite pictures of Hades ever. |

Metal Gear Solid Tarot by Crypto
This deck was my first deck ever. I don't use it a lot, but whenever it wants to be used for a query it makes itself known. I only use it for readings that I'm doing for myself about the big things. It's the major arcana only but I still love using this deck. The art is so vibrant and lovely & wonderful and all of the choices for what characters and scenarios are represented on each card is just. Perfection. My favorite is The Lovers card. This deck is now sold out, I bought a set from the last run, though you can check out the artist's shop over here. |

Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle by Siolo Thompson
I used to only use this deck to communicate with Persephone, but nowadays I use it as a companion for other decks as well. I absolutely adore the plant illustrations and the book it comes with is easily the best book I've ever gotten with any of my decks. Persephone took to the deck well and she's very easily able to communicate her emotions to me, which is awesome. |
